LOVED our experience here when doing full renovation of our new home. Steven is the BEST and gave great, honest advice that made total sense to someone like me who simply doesn't have a clue. Overall very satisfied with their navigation around any pandemic challenges, the products, the selection, and the ease of transacting.

Great place for industrial supplies. Staff are so easy to deal with. Very well run business from all my experiences with them.

Wow. What work these guys do. The quality is the best I have seen. The attention to details is unsurpassed. They also provide excellent suggestions on designs. We had the walkway and driveway done with a slope from the porch to the driveway and lights along the way. We are now the envy of the neighbourhood as some of them had similar work done but recognized that their qualify is nowhere near the quality provided by Cozy House. Some of the neighbours are now getting work done or will be.I highly recommend Cozy House. They work right through the weekend if necessary.

I really wanted to love this local business (given how many of my neighbours were happy with them), but that wasn’t our experience. Most of our issues were with poor installation (snag in new carpet on one staircase and a buckle on the other staircase). There was also some damage during install to an existing tile threshold. While Carpet Mill staff were responsive to fixing the carpet issues, there was no compensation for the damage or inconvenience. Also store staff could have made a better recommendation for a more durable high-traffic carpet rug (without loops) as we aren’t convinced this will last without another snag…Overall, a disappointing experience for $3000. Hoping this was just a one-off.

Les services de Josée Tremblay étaient de très hautes qualités et très fiables. Nous avons construit une maison de 10 000 pieds carré au bord de l’eau et c’est Josee qui a orchestré tout le design. She was very attentive to our taste and our needs. I enjoyed her ideas and her suggestions. She was never forceful in imposing her taste and she’s an extremely good listener and very creative. We spent 2 years building our dream house. We are extremely happy with the process and the finish product.

Started off with good communication around our order but has ended in frustration and us chasing for a refund. Door sizes requested were not provided and apparently unable to be rectified. We are looking elsewhere. Chasing for a refund after paying in full two months ago. Zero communication on where things are at. I understand products not alway being able to be delivered as promised but communication with customers goes a long way.
